Adding "lb" parameters for the "lambda" efficiency approximation, since "lb" is used in "p_effGroupUnit" and "q_maxDownward".

Since the "lambda" approximation doesn't use the "lb" parameter for anything, it is simply set to have the same value as each "rb" parameter. This should result in the correct value for the "p_effGroupUnit".
