Setting the default update_frequency for reserve types

It seems that p_groupReserves(group, restype, 'update_frequency') is set by default to mSettings(m, 't_jump') for all group-restype pairs where it is not defined by the user. It would be good to check that restypeDirectionGroup(restype, up_down, group) exists. Most likely does not affect model behaviour but the sets would be cleaner.
