Problem related to the creation of set gnu

If p_gnu(grid, node, unit, 'maxGen')= p_gnu(grid, node, unit, 'maxCons')= p_gnu(grid, node, unit, 'unitSizeGen') =0 but p_gnu(grid, node, unit, 'unitSizeCons')>0, for some reason gnu(grid, node, unit) won’t become ‘yes’. Commenting out “and not grid('empty')” on the next line, or adding some dummy line like “or (p_gnu(grid, node, unit, 'unitSizeGen') and p_gnu(grid, node, unit, 'unitSizeCons'))” before the “and not grid('empty')” line helps, but is not a very reliable solution. A fix is needed.
