r_gnnTotalDiffusion for analysis of thermal systems

When analysing thermal systems where energy "diffuses" from one node to a different node, inspecting the total "diffused" energy amount would be beneficial. As an example, I am currently working on the residential sector, where thermal energy diffuses from the interior (node) to the environment (node) through the building envelope (node) (similar to the article A Comparison of Widespread Flexible Residential Electric Heating and Energy Efficiency in a Future Nordic Power System).

I tried to follow similar variables in the implementation, but feedback is highly welcome.
