Problems with v_online / uft_online

In q_startshut: I changed uft_online(t) to uft_online(t-1) in the v_online deducting the online of the previous time step. Before this change the border between v_online_MIP and v_online_LP did not work correctly. However, this change breaks the v_online at the start (t000000 and t000001), since uft_online does not extend to t000000. One solution would be to make another set: uft_onlineLP_with_previous and uft_onlineMIP_with_previous that would be used in these places. There might be a more elegant solution than to waste memory on yet another set, but I ran out of time to find it today (and offwork until next Friday).
