p_uNonoperational not fully correct

p_uNonoperational contains the time unit need to be shut-down based on 'minShutDownHours'. For hot start minimum is considered correctly, but maximum is not. Warm and cold can have both min and max wrong. This probably only appears if minShutDownHours is larger than hot/warm start (which it should not be), but let's pluck the hole anyway.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

This system is mainly used for VTT projects and partners in those projects. Default permission does not allow user to create projects / groups. If you are VTT person, please contact Kimmo Ahola for getting permissions.
