In SOS2 unit cannot exceed the generation of p_ut_runUp

When unit is in the last time step of the run_up and using SOS2, it cannot go above the value in the last(first) time step of p_ut_runUp. It should be able to go up to p_u_maxOutputInLastRunUpInterval. This works with directInputOutput constraint though.

This system is mainly used for VTT projects and partners in those projects. Default permission does not allow user to create projects / groups. If you are VTT person, please contact Kimmo Ahola for getting permissions.
