Command line arguments for model features do not work

Enabling a model feature using a command line argument (see Backbone.gms, section GAMS command line arguments and 1a_definitions.gms, section Parse command line options and store values for features) does not work. Features are activated for each model individually (set active(mType, feature) but command line parameters do not support this. For example:

$if set rampSched active('rampSched') = %rampSched%;

Maybe setting a feature on the command line should enable/disable it for all models?
