Something weird in samples

There are ds displacements at least in the q_startshut equation. I have samples s000...s004 and there are some values in ds for samples s001...s004 for the first time step of each sample (the displacement points to s000). This causes unwanted v_online variables in sample s000. I guess ds should be zero unless the user has defined that other samples always continue from s000? So far I haven't noticed that this would actually affect the results but I would like to get rid of the extra v_online variables and the weird values in ds.
