Incremental heat rate approximation and start-up/shutdown trajectories

Start-up and shutdown trajectories do not work when using incremental heat rate approximation for the unit. The reason is probably the v_online variable in q_conversionIncHRBounds. The variable could be removed from the equation if unitCount=1 (probably), but what if unitCount>1?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information

This system is mainly used for VTT projects and partners in those projects. Default permission does not allow user to create projects / groups. If you are VTT person, please contact Kimmo Ahola for getting permissions.
