integrate output filename to backbone.gms

While the input_file and input_dir are modifiable with the respective flags, output can only be adjusted for the output_dir.

This merge request adresses the missing option to specify the result name with --output_file. This adresses #134 (closed)

This system is mainly used for VTT projects and partners in those projects. Default permission does not allow user to create projects / groups. If you are VTT person, please contact Kimmo Ahola for getting permissions.
